Actor RYAN PHILLIPPE has been pulled over by police in California for speeding with his two young children in the car. The Flags Of Our Fathers star was driving in Santa Monica with his kids from his marriage to Reese Witherspoon, Ava, seven, and Deacon, four, when he was stopped by an officer on Friday (04Apr08). It's believed the actor allegedly ignored a stop sign and was speeding.

Ryan Phillippe was caught in a bogus sex tape prank as part of an April Fool’s Day joke by Jimmy Kimmel. Reese Witherspoon’s ex-husband appeared on Kimmel’s chat show on Tuesday and was confronted by the host who showed ‘leaked’ raunchy footage of the actor in a compromising position with a middle-aged woman. Playing along with the prank, Phillippe pretended to be embarrassed and denied any involvement in the X-rated videotape. He said: "Oh man. First of all, it is not me. I know it looks like me, and people say it sounds like me, but it's not me." In the saucy ‘sex-tape’, Phillippe sets up a video camera before getting down and dirty with Veatrice, Kimmel’s security guard. However, Veatrice is less than amused with his romping performance. She quips: "Let mama show you how it's done... I want you to get the f**k up off my leg, Ryan Phillippe! You're crushing it, you son of a bitch, get off! Get the f**k up off of me!
