Do you think the British government is wasting money with vaccinations for everyone in Britain?

I think that vaccines are very important, but at the same time I think that some of these vaccines are been miss guide and not used right. Plus how do they know if they even work?

right now swing flu is targeting school children and if we vacciate the children it will stop the spread x
I do not live there but I agree most of them are important.
